Semi-Permanent Make-up (SPMU) is a relatively recent phenomenon, which has become more prevalent in the last 15 years. It implants the right colours in the right places so you can look better naturally. It is not an extreme art but one of subtle harmony. The implanted pigment is suspended in a medium under the skin instead of on top as with traditional make-up. SPMU is an alternative to cosmetic pencils and can be applied to the eyebrows, eyelids, lips and other parts of the face.
